ROSÉ ROYAL FIZZ

Ingredients (for four glasses of approx. 150 ml)

2 organic lemons
100 ml gin
75 ml sugar syrup
200 ml Rotkäppchen Rosé Sec
  Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Wash the lemons and pat dry. Peel using a zester.

  2. Halve and squeeze the lemons.

  3. Stir together the lemon juice, gin and syrup.

  4. Fill each glass with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Divide the gin mixture between the glasses.

  5. Top up with Rotkäppchen Rosé Sec. Decorate with lemon zest.
